In accordance with the provisions of the Avenir law of 05/09/2018 aimed in particular at eliminating pay gaps between women and men, Trelleborg Carquefou is publishing its gender equality index.

The index iscalculated from 4 indicators and willgive a score out of 100 points. This score reflects the differentmeasures the company takes to be the most equal. These 4 indicators wil lmeasure in detail:

  • The pay gap between women and men, for comparable positions and ages,
  • The gap in individual increases,
  • The gap in individual pay rises, The gap in pay rises on return from maternity leave,
  • The gender distribution of the ten highest paid employees.
In 2022, Trelleborg Carquefou SAS scored 88 out of 100.  This shows that the company is fully committed to gender equality.
