Mangas de calibración - Calibration hoses
Trelleborg suministra diferentes tipos de mangas de calibración de primera calidad. Estas se adaptan a las distintas condiciones de rehabilitación, ya sea para el curado en frío o en caliente, para tuberías con codos y cambios dimensionales, o con superficies rugosas.

La manga de calibración se utiliza como una ayuda al proceso de inversión. Cuando se rehabilitan tuberías verticales, la manga de calibración sirve para prevenir la expansión longitudinal no deseada debido al peso del propio revestimiento de la manga. Para mantener esta capacidad de sujeción y un mínimo de estabilidad antes y durante la fase de curado, la manga de calibración debe soportar determinadas condiciones de presión y calor.

Preliner
El Preliner es una manga protectora con una capa fina pero resistente de PE (aprox. 200 μm). Se introduce o invierte en el interior de la tubería antes de la instalación de la manga para crear una barrera entre la pared de la tubería y la manga. La finalidad es evitar, que la resina entre en contacto directo con la tubería de acogida o que la manga se dañe.
Utilice siempre un Preliner en zonas con aguas subterráneas donde exista riesgo de infiltración.
