A formula for speed

Our Innovation Center features a materials science lab and completely integrated processes for product design and prototype tooling build. Under one roof, we take a typical four- to six-week development process and condense it to as little as 48 hours. The output is production intent and fully functional prototype parts.

Full spectrum of materials

Our materials sciences experts collaborate with customer teams to explore a full range of materials, including LSR, HCR silicone, custom thermoset elastomeric formulations, and thermoplastics. Additionally, we can apply our innovative and ever-growing coatings and surface modification chemistries to enhance our materials science solutions, including CoF reduction.
