Trelleborg supports Christmas Childrens Hospital Charity

This Christmas season, employees at Trelleborg’s applied technologies facility in Retford, England are donating Christmas gifts in support of The Children’s Hospital Charity.

Rather than playing Secret Santa and sharing the Christmas gifts amongst themselves, Kaaren Allen, HR Business partner at Trelleborg, came up with the idea that instead employees could donate their Secret Santa gifts to Sheffield Children's Hospital. 

So far, three Santa sacks have been filled with gifts donated by employees, such as Play Doh, jigsaw puzzles, books, coloring books and DVDs.   The Santa sacks will be delivered to the hospital in mid-December by Trelleborg’s own Santa, Managing Director for the Retford facility, Ray Cann, and the initiator of the gifts, Kaaren Allen.

Let’s hope the little patients will enjoy them.
