What has been the most rewarding accomplishment for your team so far?

Without a doubt, it's been building and rolling out a standardized, lean and digital daily operation management system. Getting there took focus, and seeing it come to life across the facility has been rewarding.

Can you share a specific project or moment when your team made a significant impact?

This project brought together cross-functional teams from production, equipment, quality, warehouse and procurement to dig into the pain points across the entire production workflow. After six months of persistent effort the results spoke for themselves. Production capacity increased, equipment failure rates dropped significantly and production waste and labor costs were effectively controlled. Watching those numbers move in the right direction, and knowing the entire team pulled together to make it happen, was a proud moment for all of us.

As Trelleborg continues to grow, what new opportunities has your team discovered for development or innovation?

Growth means talent becomes one of our biggest strengths, so we've put energy into developing our people. We created a tiered system for employee training, skill assessment and job rotation. The idea is simple: help our team members grow into versatile operational and frontline technical talents who can take on new challenges with confidence.

As the facility operation management team, we're driving high-quality industrial development every day. Our approach rests on operational concepts that are high-standard, refined, intelligent and more sustainable. By keeping efficiency at the heart of what we do, we're helping build a smarter, cleaner future for manufacturing, one improvement at a time.
