You can profit from our experience from hundreds of problem solving solutions. The profile tools are manufactured with the highest possible precision in computer controlled wire spark machines.
We can also manufacture the profile in exactly the special rubber quality, which is required to give the profile the right properties.
Designing profiles is not just a matter of properties but also includes creating an attractive end product.
Mounting/attachment of the profiles often proves to be the biggest problem. Therefore we have developed manufacturing methods for manufacturing multi-component profiles. The combination solid/cellular rubber as well as profiles in a number of colours also creates possibilities.
Another specialty is self-adhering profiles. This means that profiles of both cellular and solid rubber are provided with a reinforced, double-sided tape. Furthermore our solid rubber profiles can be provided with glass-fiber cord to prevent an elongation of the list at mounting, especially important in the case of machine mounting.
