Trainee Program
Our trainee programs provide you with a unique opportunity to establish a career within the Group. You will rapidly build up a large network of contacts and will work on specific projects in various areas of the business, often in several countries.
Personal development and training in technology, methodology and leadership are key parts of our program and each trainee will have a personal mentor for the entire period.
We are looking for people with the qualities listed below:
- strong entrepreneurial spirit
- strong management potential
- an ability to take initiatives and work in a team
- appreciate taking responsibility
- a desire to work in a global group
