每一个硅胶浸渍项目都会展现出一系列独特的挑战,相应地也要求独特的解决方案。特瑞堡医疗在医疗设备应用领域拥有超过30年的硅胶浸渍经验;在此期间,我们开发并优化了特殊工艺和设备,以生产满足客户需求的产品。

从广义的角度理解,硅胶浸渍可分为2个过程:浸渍(有时也称为铸造)和浸涂:

 

 

 

浸渍

 

浸渍成型提供了一种替代硅胶成型工艺且具有成本效益的方法,后者通常需要昂贵的金属模具。该工艺能够用于复杂薄壁形状的快速成型,也可以用于大规模商业生产。浸渍成型工艺包括以下步骤:

 

  1.  以最终部件的形状生产一个芯轴。芯轴通常由金属加工而成,但也可以由工程塑料和陶瓷加工而成。
  2. 将芯轴浸入硅胶分散液中,然后取出。这时芯轴就会被涂上了一层薄薄的液态硅胶薄膜。部件的壁厚可通过改变浸渍次数或调整硅胶分散液的固体浓度百分比来控制。
  3. 带有硅胶涂层的芯轴被放置在烤箱中进行硅胶硫化。
  4. 在硫化之后,硅胶从芯轴上被剥离下来,最终形成成品。

特瑞堡医疗的浸渍专家们了解并控制着影响每个部件质量和重现性的许多变量。工艺验证包括芯轴表面光洁度的评估、浸渍和拉拔角度和速度、分散粘度和温度、环境制造条件和硫化参数。

 

浸涂

 

浸渍过程也可以用于在各种医疗设备上创造硅胶涂层。各种类型的医用部件,包括金属、塑料,可以涂上薄薄的硅胶薄膜,然后进行硫化,最终产生光滑、耐用和生物兼容的表面。对于一些设备,如针头、套管和注射器,在设备表面沉积一层不可固化的薄膜作为润滑剂能够提高患者的舒适度。
