Enhanced Installation Instructions App now available
The enhanced Installation Instructions app offers assembly instructions and a troubleshooting guide.
We are excited to announce that Trelleborg Sealing Solutions has launched the newly enhanced Installation Instructions app.
It now also includes easy-to-follow clips on the correct installation of type DO and DF Mechanical Face Seals as well as accompanying assembly instructions and a troubleshooting guide in PDF format for these seals.
Furthermore, the app covers the proper installation of PTFE and polyurethane seals for rod and piston and Radial Oil Seals. It also includes details for both single- and double-acting seals, with and without pre-tensioning elements. Additionally, it describes how to undertake visual inspection of seals, bore and shaft, including surface finishes.
The app is free-of-charge, available for both iOS and Android tablets and smartphones and can be found by searching for “Trelleborg Installation Instructions” in the App Store or Google Play.
