Trelleborg Showcases its Complete Portfolio of Printing Blankets for Metal Packaging at Metpack 2014

Trelleborg printing solutions, leading manufacturer and supplier of printing blankets, will present its range of solutions for printing on metal packaging at Metpack exhibition in Essen, Germany, May 6 to 10.

Located on stand A30, Hall 1, Trelleborg will exhibit its Vulcan® Pack-UV and Vulcan® Deco printing blankets, two state-of-the-art products designed specifically for three-piece can manufacturing, offering excellent printing quality for halftone reproduction and resistance against edge marking.

Matthias Horn, Regional Sales Director for Trelleborg Printing Solutions, says: “Among the new products on show, Trelleborg features the brand new Printec® printing blankets. These utilize many of the technological advancements developed for commercial blankets to give additional durability and the highest printing quality on metal packaging.” 

Printec® 814 and 263, specially developed for printing on metal packaging, will be showcased on the stand. They feature a ground and buffed quick release surface and uniform gauge, effectively reducing piling as well as giving high abrasion resistance.
