Rubber News has named its 2026 Women Breaking the Mold class, an annual award honoring 20 women across the rubber industry for leadership, innovation and perseverance.
Three Trelleborg employees are among this year's honorees, recognized for their leadership across medical manufacturing, supply chain and finance. Congratulations to:

- Kimberly Mason, Supply Chain Director at Trelleborg Medical Solutions
- Stacy Richardson, Controller at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions
This marks the second consecutive year Trelleborg has three honorees in the program, reflecting the organization's ongoing commitment to cultivating high-performing talent across its global operations.
