Trelleborg will showcase its innovative range of radial tires at Agrishow 2017, one of the world´s largest and most comprehensive agricultural technology trade shows for agricultural manufacturers, held in Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil, May 1 – 5 on stand E8D1. Trelleborg is also official partner of the “Trator Do Ano 2017” Awards ceremony, which will be held at Agrishow, May 2.

Taking center stage on Trelleborg’s stand will be the VF650/60R38 TM1060 with ProgressiveTractionTM technology, which offers a high performance solution for new generations of tractors and features an extra wide footprint to boost productivity and crop yield without harming the soil. 

Trelleborg’s stand will also feature its popular 710/75R42 TM1000 High Power, designed with Trelleborg BlueTireTM technology, which ensures greater productivity thanks to its extra-wide tread and low compacting of the ground, and 650/75R32 TM3000, specifically developed for harvesting applications. In addition, on show will be its TM800 SugarCane, specifically engineered for sugar cane applications, TM900 High Power tires, for high power tractors with a high load capacity requirement and its Twin Radial tire suitable for use in all working conditions on any type of soil.

Sponsored by Trelleborg, the “Trator Do Ano 2017” awards ceremony will see the announcement of winners across product categories including ‘up to 100 hp’, ‘from 100 to 200 hp’, ‘above 200 hp’ and ‘specialized”. 

Finalists were selected by a combination of a public vote, a vote amongst key agricultural machinery sector media and analysis by a technical jury. The ‘Trator do Ano 2017’ prize will be awarded to the finalist that receives the highest score from the technical jury. While the finalist that receives the most votes from key agricultural machinery sector media will take home the award for ‘Design of the Year’. A prize drawing will also be held at the show for those who took part in the award scheme’s public vote.
