Established in 1998, Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Bengaluru is a full-service manufacturing facility producing both plastics and elastomer seals. These seals are manufactured using engineering plastics like PTFE, PEEK etc. and elastomers like FKM, NBR, HNBR, etc.
The state of art facility has a built-up area of 80,000 sq ft, equipped with the latest machines to develop products of International standards that are exported across the globe. With over 300 machines with 25 cells, 56 article groups, 23 million seals per year are manufactured in the facility. The facility has FM Global compliant Fire Systems, Automatic Storage and Retrieval System interfaced with ERP, 1580 KVA captive power.
Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Bengaluru has another unit at Jigani which is dedicated for the manufacture of precision machined and ground metal parts which are part of the sealing system.
