Circular TPE boots are designed to substantially reduce the volume of grease, while offering excellent abrasive resistance. Fitted on the wheel side of the driveshaft, they are highly flexible, with-standing dynamic movements and acute angles of up to 50 degrees, as well as the rotation created by tight turns and high speeds on the road. The boots are built to withstand temperatures from -40°C to +140°C, and give excellent abrasive and impact protection from mud, stones, grease and more.

Circular outboard TPE boots are made from a unique thermoplastic elastomer, that is lightweight, compact, and recyclable. Using FEA calculations and other smart design methods, we can develop ultra-compact bellows, that fit into a small space, reducing weight, price, and the amount of grease.

Our outboard circular TPE boots ensure a quiet ride thanks to a convolute shape that resists contact pressure at acute angles that can create a squeaking noise. We always suggest to use a special waxed material to further minimize any noise.
