Withstanding high angles

Circular TPE boots are designed to substantially reduce the volume of grease, while offering excellent abrasive resistance. Fitted on the wheel side of the driveshaft, they are highly flexible, with-standing dynamic movements and acute angles of up to 50 degrees, as well as the rotation created by tight turns and high speeds on the road. The boots are built to withstand temperatures from -40°C to +140°C, and give excellent abrasive and impact protection from mud, stones, grease and more.

By leveraging FEA calculations and advanced design methods, we engineer ultra-compact bellows that fit seamlessly into tight spaces, reducing weight, cost, and grease requirements.
Our circular outboard TPE boots are designed to deliver a quiet, comfortable ride. Their convolute shape is engineered to resist contact pressure at acute angles, a common cause of squeaking noise. For optimal noise reduction, we recommend pairing our boots with a specially waxed material.
