Introduction

The Trelleborg DrainPacker system is a sectional or point repair method with short liners for all types of wastewater and sewer pipes. It is the basic technique of No-Dig methods. Many consider it a perfect start into the No-Dig business. Quick, simple and reliable, it is recommended by experienced users worldwide with more than 100,000 installations every year. It requires only few material, e.g. Trelleborg Silicate Resins and chemically resistant CRF+ glass fiber, packers and a good training, which we provide for you.

The Trelleborg ShortLiner Patch Kit makes it easy on you. It is available in different configurations - ready to go - for single repairs in pipes ranging from 4” to 15” in diameter, and in repair lengths ranging from 2 ft to 5 ft.

  • broken or collapsed pipes
  • large cross-sectional reductions in conjunction with bedding problems

Training in Theory and Practice

Training on theory and practice

Good practice-oriented training of our installers is a major concern for us and a component of our quality management approach.

Only qualified professionals with training are permitted to use our systems. Qualified personnel will be issued with a training certificate by Trelleborg Pipe Seals.

Method descriptions 

We place particular emphasis on teaching the correct practical application in conformity with the technically approved requirements, entirely documented in our user manuals/method descriptions, which are the basis for the official technical approvals.
