• The graphic arts industry has become an increasingly important market for Trelleborg since it purchased Reeves in 2006 and took over the well established Vulcan® brand

Trelleborg acquires MacDermid Offset Printing Blankets and NIP Systems.
  • The acquisition from the US group MacDermid Inc was signed on June 2nd 2008. Two brands entered into the product portfolio: Rollin® and Axcyl® brands
  • This acquisition strengthens significantly our product portfolio and geographical presence around the world, providing a solid platform for continued growth in the future

Trelleborg introduces the new solvent-less roller head line manufacturing process
  • The Solventless roller head line represents the advanced  sustainable solution of our printing  blanket manufacturing process.
  • It reduces CO2 emissions and eliminates the need for solvents
  • It allows waste reduction and less energy-consuming process
  • The line boasts a 3.5 meter three roll calendar

Trelleborg acquires Printec® Brazil
  • This acquisition strengthens our position in high-end segments in North America, adding the Printec® brand to our portfolio
  • It covers our presence in packaging printing and specific applications as coating and beverage can
  • The state-of-the-art facility in Barueri, São Paulo, will allow the group to create a platform for local presence in the region and growth in the graphic arts industry
