The Interfit website is easy to use and does not require tire consumers to have any knowledge of tires. By logging onto www.interfit-usa.com and selecting the “find forklift tires” tool, customers are asked some basic information on their forklift and average hours of usage. A list of available tires is then provided. After the tire is selected, the consumer is walked through scheduling and payments of the tires. The ordering process takes a matter of minutes to complete.
