Rollin Press Plast 4D
Polyurethane Marrying Rolls Solution in Double Hardness Shore D / Shore A
Pressplast 4D is the exclusive roller covering combining the advantage of both Shore D and Shore A hardness.
The inner layer 90 shore A allows to keep the rubber covering flexible, able to adapt to the different settings of the lamination unit, that may change according to the final product configuration.
The outside layer 65 shore D allows a perfect bonding of the plies, whatever the number of plies. The re-embossing of the bottom ply is prevented thanks to a high pressure into a narrow nip footprint.
Antistatic characteristics of Polyurethane prevent the deposit of residues on the roller and allows easy cleaning operations, reducing downtimes.
Press Plast 4D withstands loads change while maintaining an even nip footprint. As a result of its versatility, Press Plast 4D can be used for different kind of productions and the hardness can be adapted upon customer/application technical requirements.
