Staying at the forefront of innovation, capability and execution through regular planning, technological improvements and additions to our facility, Trelleborg Healthcare & Medical facility in Menomonie, Wisconsin develops unique solutions to meet clients’ needs.
Cleanroom facilities
The contract manufacturing of medical devices and components, as well as design for manufacturing services, are planned and developed within our 30,000-square foot main facility. Housing both Class 7 and Class 8 cleanrooms, an expansive production floor, finishing and secondary operations, an environmentally controlled warehouse and our primary offices. A second facility spans over 20,000 square feet and houses a 5,100-square foot Class 7 cleanroom for assembly and packaging, a tool room, a robotic cell manufacturing area, and additional warehouse space.

Services for Healthcare & Medical
Tool Design - designing and creating tools for molding medical devices and their components. By designing each tool with extreme accuracy and precision from the early stages there are minimal design changes after the initial prototype is created.
Tool Prototyping - developing a tool prototype as the next step of the design and engineering process before full-scale manufacturing begins. The tool prototyping services are part of the overarching formula for creating medical devices
Mold Flow Analysis - performing mold flow analysis on behalf of our clients’ part designs featuring integrated design and mold flow capabilities. Our mold flow analysis helps to make determinations of what materials are needed, and can identify potential failure points for the mold and the part design
Risk Assessments - Our risk management system mitigates risk in the development, production and post-production of medical devices, as well as material and equipment procurement.
