Detection solution
A coupling connection integrating and RFID chip associated with a sensor, in other words a reader head, makes it possible to detect, in real time, wether your fitting is tight and waterlight.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The sensor is positionned on your system thanks to a fixed holder ; the postion of the tight fitting is indexed during the manufacture of the coupling. Once the fitting is tight on your installation, the sensor detects the RFID chip and sends the "tight fitting" signal.
Connexion solution
The detection solution is now connected to Master IO Link with an industrial controller allowing generate intelligence and thus optimize traceability, monitoring and reliability of your flows and equipment. A revolution in the world of industrial hoses.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The RFID chip of the fitting integrates the hose's digital ID card.

Attached to the IO Link Master and to the industrial automation, the hose communicates smartly with your IT environment and allows you to use the data contained in the RFID chip.
Intelligent sensor : conditional detection, a mid step range.
Increase the potential of the detection solution by programming your sensor so that it can be read and recognize information contained in the hose's digital ID card, wich you have selected beforehand.
This allows you to condition whether or not the hose is allowed to be connected to your equipment, when the sensor detects the presence of the selected information in the connected hose.
An additional security for your operations without using Master IO Link or another industrial controller.
