Malta University visits
Trelleborg's Employer Value Proposition, Shaping Industry from the inside, was at the heart of the content of the three student visits during January 2017 that were organised in collaboration with the University of Malta and MCAST (Malta College for Arts, Science and Technology).
Following an initial welcome by the senior management team of the Trelleborg Sealing Solutions manufacturing facility in Malta, engineers who recently completed the Trelleborg graduate program took over to give the students a flavour of what working with Trelleborg is all about. Following that, the students were given a presentation and a tour of the Hal Far site.
During the presentation and facility tour, students were engaged as much as possible, allowing an open discussion throughout. Trelleborg graduates related their experiences working for the company, including their work placements overseas, to illustrate the diversity and challenges available within the Group and what the world of Trelleborg has to offer to the right prospective candidates.
