Trelleborg’s New TPMS System to Make North American Debut at CONEXPO 2020

At this year’s CONEXPO show in Las Vegas, Trelleborg will unveil its new Tire Pressure Monitoring System, TPMS, to the North American market. The TPMS is designed to enhance productivity in critical applications and improve operations in the most demanding environments. CONEXPO guests will have the chance to see demonstrations of this exciting new technology at the Trelleborg booth – F-101219. 

Engineered for construction tire applications, the TPMS is a cloud-based predictive maintenance system, which integrates tire sensors with a central gateway on the machine and an on-line platform to fully monitor your fleet operations and to guarantee machine uptime.

Trelleborg’s TPMS allows operators to measure tire pressure and temperature every five seconds, providing instant access to vehicle status and monitoring data through a computer or mobile device. Thanks to the full connectivity and cloud data transmission features of TPMS, operators receive automated email notifications and personalized alerts to ensure maximum vehicle safety. The sensor’s battery has an average life of five years, and each sensor is mounted to the inner liner of the tires with a resistant patch for easy installation. The system is available in nine languages and can be configured on all machine models.
