Trelleborg will showcase its latest tyre innovations and technology for material handling applications at LogiMAT 2022, in Stuttgart, Germany, from May 31 to June 2, 2022, located in Hall 10 on stand G81.

Anton Stoynev, Sales & Service Director Material Handling Central Europe at Trelleborg, says: "We are looking forward to attending LogiMAT 2022 after a two-year break. This trade fair is one of the most important for the material handling sector. Visitors to our stand will be able to see our newly developed XP1000, XP800 and PS1000 tyres, discover more about our innovative Pit Stop Line technology that lets operators and fleet managers know with 100% accuracy when to replace their tyres, and find out more about ProTEX, our electrically conductive non-marking compound."

Trelleborg develops tyres that ensure driving safety, stability and performance in a wide range of applications. For medium intensity material handling applications, the XP800 tyre is a new resilient solid tyre, versatile for working in all conditions both indoors and outdoors, providing high reliability and successful performance.

Designed for maximum intensity applications, the XP1000 tyre provides customers moving materials around ports, warehouses, and shop floors, with optimum traction and minimal vibration to bring greater comfort, increased safety, lower fuel consumption and a longer tyre life for more cost effective and sustainable operations.

Engineered for the most demanding applications, the PS1000 tyre combines a special rubber compound with a new tyre design to deliver superior quality, increased uptime, higher performance, and improves safety.

Trelleborg Pit Stop Line technology features on both the XP1000 and PS1000 tyres, to add value to customers by avoiding early tyre replacement and unnecessary downtime. This innovative technology can improve driving safety, and make it easier to plan tyre services. When the Pit Stop Line’s highly visible orange band appears on the tyre, this indicates that there are approximately 100 hours of tyre life remaining, so operators and fleet managers know with 100% accuracy when their tyres need replacing.

LogiMAT 2022, the international trade fair for intralogistics solutions and process management, sets new standards as the largest annual intralogistics trade fair in Europe.
