Trelleborg 592 Rieber PIP seal is lip composite seal consisting of aflexible rubber element to seal effectively against spigot and socket and atreated metal ring which holds the seal firmly in place.
Gasket is pre-assembled during socketing process becoming an integral part of the bell. This reduces irregularities and tolerances in the socket, increases installation reliability and minimizes the risk of seal displacement during pipe installation.
The seal is equally effective under both positive and negative pipe pressure (vacuum) and designed for use with PVC pipes in conformity with SCS 430 DD standard.

Bezeichnung und Abmessungen
Auf jeder Dichtung sind Profilstärke, Außendurchmesser, empfohlene Rohrabmessung und Produktionszeitraum angegeben. Die entsprechenden Daten befinden sich auch auf der Verpackung.

Verbindungsherstellung
- Muffe und Spitzende vor dem Verbinden auf Beschädigungen überprüfen.
- Spitzende, Muffe und Dichtungsring müssen frei von Schmutz und anderen Fremdstoffen sein
- Spitzende in einem Winkel von 15° anfasen
- Gleitmittel gleichmäßig auf das Spitzende auftragen
Führen Sie das Spitzende in die vorgeschmierte Muffe ein.
Das Spitzende wird bis zum Anschlag in die Muffe geschoben.
