Vikodeck® is made from Trelleborg’s Firestop rubber material which is fire resistant and withstands extremely high temperature and severe erosion. It protects people, surfaces, and vital equipment during exposure to hydrogen, jet-fire, and cellulose fire. It can also protect in missile hang-fire situations or be used as surface protection in other demanding environments.

In addition to existing fire properties, Vikodeck® has good impact resistance and is capable of withstanding heavy loads. It provides significant noise damping and sound attenuation, and has good resistance against ozone, UV-light, and process liquids. Vikodeck® is also water repellent and flexible, minimizing corrosion, and reducing the effect of an impact, minimizing wear on the area protected.

Vikodeck® has excellent HISC, corrosion, fire, mechanical, and wear protection.
 
Vikodeck® can be applied to any surface, flooring, walls, or roofing. It is mounted with a chemical and-/or mechanical bond. It is easy to install, weld-free, and once fitted is maintenance-free.
