Elastopipe™ is the first corrosion-free, explosion, impact, and jet fire resistant flexible piping system. The system is made of synthetic rubber and was originally designed and developed for offshore deluge systems.

Elastopipe™ is available in two versions to support a wide range of applications and industries: Fire Resistant (FR) for fresh and seawater applications, and Fire and Oil Resistant (FOR) for hydrocarbons, solvents, additives, acids, and hydrogen sulfide applications.

Elastopipe™ is non-corroding and can withstand jet fire with heat flux of 390kW/m2 and temperatures in excess of +1,400°C/+2,552°F for one hour, making it an ideal material choice for use in any critical piping system or hazardous environment. 

Installation is welding free, requiring no hot work, and once fitted it is virtually maintenance-free. Elastopipe™ provides a high resistance to abrasion, blast, impact, jet fire, ozone, UV, most solvents, and seawater, and also has excellent corrosion, fire, mechanical and wear protection.
