Together with shipping companies, we have developed gaskets for use on hatches. The gaskets are continuously molded to ensure a homogeneous seal and meet the life expectancy requirements. The materials and designs have been tested for many years and we have found the best mix of hardness and flexibility.
Sluice gaskets are delivered as standard profiles (omega, stick, note and bottom packs) and as customized profiles /gaskets when necessary. A variety of standard profiles are in stock and can be delivered very quickly.
We deliver complete gaskets adjusted to your requirements, and perform splicing by using traditional gluing or hot rolling.
