Pneumatic & Rolling Fenders
Pneumatic fenders can be installed and moved rapidly in any tidal range. They are ideal for oil and gas tankers and soft-hulled vessels. Hydropneumatic fenders protect submersible and semi-submersible vessels and some types of fast ferry.
Wheel and Roller fenders help ships manoevure safely around exposed corners and into narrow channels. Cushion Rollers guide pontoons and floating structures gently up and down their guide piles.
Pneumatic fenders are ideal for naval and ship-to-ship purposes. The range includes Hook and Chain-Tyre Net versions and grey bodies for military vessels.
Hydro-pneumatic fenders are for vessels that contact fenders below the water. They are partly water-filled, then pressurised with air and ballasted to stand upright.
Wheel fenders help ships past corners into berths and into narrow channels, with minimal rolling resistance. Very little maintenance is needed.
Roller Fenders guide ships in restricted spaces such as dry docks, and past corners and lock entrances. They require very little maintenance.
Cushion Rollers ease pontoons and floating structures vertically on their guide piles. A rubber cushion can be added behind the wheel to withstand impacts.
