Modular Fenders
Easy to fit and needing little maintenance, modular fenders are the basis for many fender systems. MV Element fenders have a highly efficient geometry, providing high energy absorption with a low reaction force. They are made from durable polymers that resist attack by UV, seawater and ozone. They can be mounted horizontally or vertically and combined with panels to produce V-fenders or more sophisticated MV System fenders.
Durable, low maintenance MV-elements resist attack from UV, ozone and seawater. Steel mounting plates allow easy fixing and bolts are recessed to prevent damage.
V-fenders provide simple systems at low cost. Pairs of elements combine with a shield whose UHMW-PE face protects against paint damage and sparking.
Modular MI-2000 systems suit very large vessels and high energy applications. Their modified fixings allow greater deflections and efficiency. Standard sizes and rubber grades are available.
