Trelleborg Harbour Marine is the world leader in the design and manufacture of mooring equipment and monitoring systems.

Trelleborg Marine Systems Melbourne designs and manufactures mooring equipment for jetties, docks and offshore applications. We are a leading supplier of vessel docking, mooring and monitoring systems specialising in high-quality products for LNG marine terminals. We have supplied systems for two-thirds of the LNG projects outside of Japan since 2003.

We are unique in offering in-house designed mooring hardware and monitoring software. This ensures systems are correctly configured and matched to client requirements. Trelleborg Marine Systems Melbourne's multi-disciplined team of engineers brings a wealth of experience to each mooring project, providing solutions based on field-proven and cutting edge technologies.

Quick Release Hooks
Proven in the harshest marine environments and available in capacities ranging from 30-250T. Standard manual release design allows upgrade to enable remote hook release and load monitoring.

Capstans
Integral or free-standing units matched to Trelleborg Marine Systems Melbourne’s range of hooks, or custom designed for retrofit. Vessel capstans also available.

Remote Release
Ruggedly constructed release actuator units and electronic controls are located in certified water and dust tight enclosures.

Jetty/Dock Upgrades
Trelleborg Marine Systems Melbourne offers custom engineered solutions to integrate vessel monitoring and management systems into existing jetty furniture, regardless of manufacturer.

Bollards
Pillar, Kidney, Horn and Tee Head Bollards to suit most jetties. Available in sizes from 15 to 200T.

Quick Release Chain Hawser Hooks
For mooring oil tankers to Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) and Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) vessels. Available with remote release and load monitoring options.

Pelican (Buoy) Hooks
Pivot hook assemblies with simple, rugged design providing a cost-effective mooring point on offshore buoys.

Quick-Release Chain Stoppers
For mooring of FPSO / FSO vessels, shuttle tankers and large tankers to an offshore facility. Available with remote release and load monitoring options.
