The 2004 AGM elected the PricewaterhouseCoopers AB firm of authorized public auditors, including Göran Tidström and Olov Karlsson, with Göran Tidström as Auditor in Charge.
The auditors follow an audit plan that incorporates the comments and concerns of the Board, and report their observations to the Board during the course of the audit and in conjunction with the establishment of the Annual Report. The auditors also participate in the Annual General Meeting, at which they report on the audit and the observations they made.
