Application of the Corp. Governance code
Trelleborg applies the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance.
The company is subject to Swedish law and consequently its corporate governance is based on the Articles of Association, its listing agreement with the Stockholm Stock Exchange and other applicable regulations and standards, including the corporate values, Code of Conduct and other policies applied within the Group.
Accordingly, the Trelleborg Group strives to maintain a high level of quality, with adaptation to the trends in corporate governance on an ongoing basis.
