Trelleborg Pipe Seals, Milford was founded in 1972 as NPC, Inc. to develop a unique concept in the wastewater collection, stormwater and drainage networks: Create flexible watertight pipe-to-manhole connections by diamond coring precast concrete manholes and installing rubber connectors.
Today what became the Kor-N-Seal® system is recognized and specified by developers and municipalities across North America and has expanded globally.
Bidco, Inc. was acquired by NPC in 2002 adding to the watertight solutions total product offering with a joint sealant product line. In May of 2008 NPC, Inc. was acquired by
Trelleborg (Sweden) a global manufacturing and engineered solutions company based on leading polymer technology and unique applications know-how.
