Our coating facilities are integrated to compound, mix, solvate, coat, calender, and cure. This complete range of abilities and control over the entire manufacturing process allows Trelleborg to develop and manufacture custom products that meet the most challenging customer specifications. We are continuing to make significant enhancements and expansion to our manufacturing capabilities that will move us even further ahead in research and development.
We specialize in both supported and unsupported rubber sheeting, and urethane coated fabric. We have over 1 million square feet in manufacturing space (and growing) with locations worldwide. We utilize a state-of-the-art A2LA certified laboratory with Military, ASTM, and in-house testing capacity complimented by a world-class team of research and chemist personnel.
Trelleborg (Reeves materials) has over 50 patents assigned since 1976, and we run over 200 manufacturing trials a year. This ongoing innovation-mindset is mutually beneficial for us and our customers, and enhances the scope quality of our available product line.
