The manufacturing facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina (USA) enables Trelleborg to design fabrics to enhance the coated product performance. We also have coating facilities located in Milan, Italy, Rutherfordton, North Carolina (USA) and in Trelleborg, Sweden.
Our coating facilities are integrated to compound, mix, solvate, coat, calender, and vulcanize. This complete range of abilities and control over the entire manufacturing process allows us to develop and manufacture custom products to meet the most challenging customer's specifications.
All products are manufactured using a Total Quality Management approach and are verified to carefully prepared specifications in on-site quality assurance laboratories. This includes a centrally located
A2LA certified facility.
