Marine Inflatable

Trelleborg has developed next generation Hypalon® technology for marine inflatables that the industry has been waiting for.

Our renowned research team has engineered a proprietary formulation with a high-adhesion bond between the Hypalon® coating and polyester substrate, resulting in a premium fabric with pure Dupont™ Hypalon® on the working surface.

This offers superior abrasion resistance and bonding capability unrivaled by anything on the market today.

Our material also offers the highest levels of UV resistance to ensure colors maintain their original brightness, longer. Using Reeves Hypalon® material means a safer boat that can withstand tougher conditions, fewer repairs, and stays looking like new. Our premium product allows you to build higher quality boats, in turn lowering the total cost of ownership over the life of the watercraft.

Trelleborg offers a complete line of fabrics and compound formulations for a variety of uses and manufacturing processes, including urethane inflatables. We encourage you to contact us to determine which material is right for your application. We offer a wide variety of colors and multiple width options.

Our materials are used in applications ranging from whitewater rafts and kayaks to rigid inflatable boats (RIB) when customers demand higher performance.
