Robert Dobrowolski

Robert Dobrowolski has graduated with a M.Sc. degree from Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Production Engineering. He is employed in Trelleborg since May 2010. His career ambition he summarizes like this: “I want to develop skills in areas of both engineering and production management in order to have a good knowledge of the industry. I also want to be able to successfully implement new solutions and ideas into the organization.”
Robert is currently involved in a project called Columbus where his tasks are to ensure that the production transfer meets requirements. That includes archiving required quality standards, yield and production efficiency in the facility into which the production will be transferred.
For his current task, he has been seconded to TSS Skelleftea in which he needs to gather all necessary information, both written and “from the production floor” - in order to minimize the time and means to start up production in TSS Czechowice.
With regard to learnings from the Trainee program, Robert expects to get to know the structure and organization of a multinational corporation as well as to build up knowledge of project management.
In his spare time, he likes visiting new places and seeing new faces. Main hobbies are snowboarding and windsurfing.
