Mümin Yelman
I’m Mümin Yelman and I’m 24 years old. I was born in 1985 in Kirklareli, Turkey. Currently I’m living in Nantes, France, going through the second block of the Trelleborg trainee program. The first block was in Cerkezköy, Tekirdağ, Turkey, and I stayed in Cerkezköy for eight months.
Between 2004 and 2008 I studied mechanical engineering at the Uludağ University in Bursa. I spent my practical periods at SIFF Electromecanic, Bursa, for 6 weeks and in Trelleborg Otomotiv Turkey for 6 weeks.
My current job position is as Project Engineer within Trelleborg Otomotiv Turkey.
I am a sports fan. My favorite hobbies are football and basketball, both playing and watching games. I also like going to the movies, and, in my vacation time, travelling. I really enjoy seeing new places, meeting new friends and getting to know different cultures and countries.
The Trelleborg trainee program is a great opportunity for me to improve my career. The program allows us to work in different countries, and to learn about different sides of the company. We get to meet lots of people and we develop our communication with colleagues. Hopefully this program will yield a good position in the company for me in the future.
