Laura Pastrav
Laura Pǎstrav has a Bachelor’s degree in Philology, Long-Term Higher Education, from Babeş-Bolyai University in Romania. Her Master’s degree is in Management and Marketing of Logistic Operations. She has previously worked in Trelleborg Automotive Romania as a Logistic Planner for two years, but currently works as a Logistics Trainee in Trelleborg Automotive Germany.
Actually, she is at the moment located in Trelleborg Automotive Spain for her first project as a trainee: to coordinate the implementation of an improved logistic control system, a wireless BarCode System in Trelleborg’s Martorell and Burgos plants.
“My ambition is to gain more awareness of my strengths and use them optimally for problem solving and strategic decision making in my designated functions in the company,” Laura says. Her main learnings as a trainee include Project Coordination, Budget control, and Logistics best practices. “And not least believing in doing the best you can, and never to forget that you must constantly increase your knowledge,” she says. In her spare time, Laura enjoys photography, cooking, traveling but also watching movies and football games.
