François Le Briquer

My name is François Le Briquer, and I grew up in the West of France. I later moved to Nantes for job reasons. During my engineering school, I carried out my practical experience in Trelleborg Automotive (BU Fluid System) in 2005.
For three years I improved my skills within manufacturing process improvement and lean manufacturing (process layout, Kaizen, 5S ...). I also had the opportunity to extend my experience abroad within Trelleborg AVS for three months.
After that I worked on the development of a new manufacturing process, which enriched my knowledge of project management in R&D. And since 2009 I am part of the Trelleborg trainee program.
In general I like to be very active, so in my free time I like doing sports such as running and bicycling. But I also enjoy spending time at the seaside to relax after a hard week, or going out to eat with my friends.
Another favorite leisure activity is travelling around the world, meeting new people and cultures. To understand how people in the world actually live makes me feel enriched personally.
I hope to have a really challenging job where I can continue to learn. With this trainee program, I expect to get an overview of the Trelleborg group in term of products, processes, knowledge and organization. The program gives us opportunities to establish contacts and to learn about culture and languages in order to improve our communication.
