Alina Fu
Alina Fu has worked as an Administrative Assistant within the HR department in Trelleborg Engineered Systems (Qingdao) Co., Ltd, in charge of organizing training and administrative management. “My goal is to be a professional and comprehensive talent from a Human Resources perspective,” she says. For her trainee project, she has selected operator certification program (Key process training). “Our plant is very young, every step needs standardizing and improvement. This is really interesting and challenging work to me. I believe everyone gains from insights regarding their present occupation,” Alina says. “My biggest learning so far from the trainee program is how to make my work easy and funny with the support of useful tools and games from the training.”
When not working she likes music, travel (“which makes me relax and gives me inspiration”), reading and thinking (“which makes me professional and gives me a strong mind”) and to play badminton and golf (“to keep me healthy,” she concludes).
