Trainees 2010-2011
The Trelleborg trainee program 2010-2011 originates from the company needs to attract and develop engineering capabilities for the future.
This group of young talented people is the result of a process where more than 100 applicants have been interviewed.

The program and the trainee contract last for 18 months. The trainees go through three training blocks and work at several locations. Each training period ends with an assessment pointing to potential career tracks. With the aim to put management theory into practice, an individual project is carried all through the program. Each trainee also has a personal mentor.
