Trelleborg Applied Technology is an engineering polymer specialist concentrating on processing polyurethanes and synthetic rubbers.
Our aim at Trelleborg Applied Technology is to provide innovative engineering polymer solutions for our customers and to remain at the forefront of our chosen technologies. We frequently team up with sister companies to extend the range of technology and creative solutions we supply. We do this to provide all of our customers with a sustainable technological edge because we know our customer's success is our success.
Our niches include the defence, engineering and screen printing industries. In Defence Applications we use urethanes, synthetic rubbers and reinforcement materials to create products which reduce, control and isolate acoustic and mechanical energy.
Engineering Applications, where material performance is paramount such as abrasion resistance, engineers will select urethane as the polymer of choice. We work with machine and equipment designers to provide our customers with a technological edge using our in house material formulation expertise.
The Screen Printing Industry recognises our renowned ULON polyurethane technology which provides the finest screen printing squeegees in the world. We have recently extended our range of Urethanes to provide squeegees with greater solvent resistance and UV ink stability.
