Electronic Signal Potting Systems
Potting compounds mixed with Eccospheres® glass microspheres are pourable insulating mixtures formulated with resins including epoxies, silicones, urethanes and hybrids. These compounds are cast into cavities containing electronic components to insulate and protect the delicate devices from shock and vibration.
Our hollow glass microspheres are particularly well suited for electronic potting because they exhibit good thermal capabilities and help prevent electronic components from overheating.
